Cupping therapy involves the use of a variety of suction cups (glass, silicone, plastic, magnetic) which create negative pressures as they are glided over the skin to release, loosen, and lift connective tissues. Cups can also remain stationary for prolonged benefits as the practitioner works other areas. Cupping is effective for general pain, stubborn conditions, repetitive strains, inflammation, toxicity, chronic fatigue, and digestive problems. Cupping therapy also offers several healthful advantages: promotion of blood flow and circulation to muscles and tissue, supplying oxygen to cells, loosening knots, releasing and draining excess fluids and toxins, and many more benefits that help the body return to blissful homeostasis.
*This type of cupping therapy releases toxins which can cause temporary marks on the affected areas.
Cupping Facial is a gentle and relaxing treatment that tightens the skin, decreases wrinkles, fades dark spots and drains lymphatic fluid. This can be a one time treatment for a special occasion or a series of treatments for more dramatic and long-lasting results. For best results, 8-12 visits are suggested.
*This type of cupping therapy will NOT leave any markings. **Not recommended for clients with active Botox.
