Private Yoga Instruction
Lauren provides private and semi-private yoga instruction for 1-3 persons. Beginners and returning practitioners benefit from one-on-one instruction in basic poses, careful alignment principles, breath awareness, and relaxation techniques. Also available are advanced relaxation techniques and positions for cultivating your own Restorative Yoga practice, or practicing in a safe open space in office or home.

Gentle Yoga via Zoom
Mondays and Thursdays 11 - 12:30am CST
Staying close to traditional yoga practice this class explores most aspects of Yoga: gentle asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), meditation, philosophy and chanting. No prior yoga experience is necessary, just openness to the practice. Expect to get up and down from the floor 2-3 times at your own pace and to be offered modifications for physical postures and breath work as needed.
